Container Unscrambler
The SA container unscrambler is the ideal starting point for your line. It automatically organizes, orients, and feeds your containers to the filling machines, reducing manual labor significantly. Additionally, this machine is designed to optimize your line’s performance.
Liquid Filling Machines
Our liquid filling machines accommodate various viscosities commonly found in food and beverages, such as peanut butter, sauces, and pastes. For liquids prone to foaming, like soft drinks, the diving nozzle technology ensures smooth operation. The STRATUM viscose liquid filling machine features an optional “Double Jacket” heated tank and built-in agitators, making it ideal for a variety of applications. It operates at up to 180 ppm, handling almost any food or beverage filling challenge.
Sealing Machines
The SA SEALPRO provides conduction sealing for a wide range of food and beverage containers at speeds of up to 200 ppm. The built-in quality control ensures high-quality sealing. Total vacuum seal versions are also available.
Capping Machines
Our extensive range includes the THORO automatic capper for all types of caps used in food and beverage packaging. It supports screw caps, ‘witches hat’ caps for sauces and syrups, twist-off/lug caps for jams and jellies, and ROPP caps for spirits. As a result, the THORO capper ensures ultra-accurate capping with servo-controlled torque, adjustable via the HMI.
