It’s capable of filling many more solid products, from powders and grains to nuts and pulses at speeds of up to 150ppm
Automated Capping Machines: Our cappers run at speeds of up to 180ppm and cater for a wide range of caps, from screw, ROPP, twist-off and snap-on caps to pump, spray and trigger nozzles.
Automatic Conduction Sealing Machines: Operating at speeds of up to 200ppm and applicable to products in a wide variety of sectors from food and beverages to wet wipes, cosmetics, the SEALPRO cuts the sealing laminate according to your product size and conduction-seals it accurately in position. It offers individually temperature-controlled welding heads built inside one robust sealing block, therefore delivering a consistent application of heat to ensure a perfect seal.
Automated Loading Machines: Engineered specifically for the nonwoven wipes market, the SAS Automatic Wipes Loading series loads rolls of nonwoven wipes into canisters and buckets at speeds of up to 500ppm.
Automatic Labelling Machines: The LWA Labeller Series by Shemesh caters for a wide range of labelling applications in the food and beverage, wet wipes, cosmetics, pharma and chemicals sectors.
