SACF Containers Hopper and Descrambler
The flagship product within Shemesh Automation’s range of Front-Of-Line Packaging Solutions is the SACF containers hopper and descrambler for fully automatic container feeding.
The Shemesh descrambler fits various types of bottles and requires no additional changeover parts for each different bottle size. It features a top-notch control interface, robust building standards and benefits from Shemesh’s ‘easy-to-use’ and ‘built-to-last’ approach.
How the SACF Descrambler works…
First, empty containers are unloaded into the stainless steel SST304 containers hopper, which has level transmitters for ‘half full’ and ‘empty’.
From here they are collected by an Elevator Conveyor which transports them to a centrifugal feeding plate. The centrifugal feeding plate performs an initial containers orientation before manoeuvring them into a side conveyor system for final orientation.
After final orientation, the containers leave the machine standing vertically and are directed downstream along a conveyor in the perfect position for accurate filling.
Automatic Buckets Denester
The Shemesh Automatic Buckets Denester is a bi-functional unit that gets your buckets line off to the perfect start.
As well as denesting the buckets, the machine also picks each individual bucket and places it on to a moving conveyor, ready to enter the filling machine.
The machine will continue to denest and place buckets as long as the magazine is full. It also comes with an option to include a servo-driven magazine carousel for continuous hands-free operation.
EXANE Automatic Inverting Air Rinsing Machine
The EXANE is a must-have addition to any Food & Beverage production line. Whether it’s plastic metal or glass containers, the EXANE offers exceptional hygiene standards by cleaning each container before it progresses to the other machines in the line.
Engineered to premium specifications, the EXANE is encased in a stainless-steel frame and features high-end controls, emergency stops and upwards opened safety doors.
Suitable for the cleaning of round or oval shaped containers, the EXANE boasts the classic Shemesh DNA design for consistency and accuracy production.
