Sustainable And Efficient Solutions For Wet Wipes Packaging Join Shemesh Automation At GO Wipes Europe, Berlin, December 4-5

FARNBOROUGH, England — October 26, 2023 — Supplier of high-tech packaging machinery Shemesh Automation will be exhibiting its innovative solutions for the packaging of wet wipes at GO Wipes Europe on 4-5 December in Berlin.

Offering wipes manufacturers sustainability advantages for canister, bucket, flexible pack and refill packaging, Shemesh’s eco-friendly technology goes further than the packaging itself, optimizing processes in a way that reduces waste as well as energy consumption. Shemesh will be showcasing numerous advanced packaging solutions, including the world first BuckIt-TKS25 line, as well as its latest multi-purpose bagger, the Citadel A.

BuckIt-TKS25

A complete turnkey packaging solution for wet wipes in buckets, the BuckIt-TKS25 line offers fully automated feeding for both buckets and bucket lids. With separate continuous denesting machines which feature a servo-driven interchangeable vertical carousel cartridge for continuous denesting, the line offers wipes manufacturers rapid packaging speed with ultra-low downtime.

Offering the ultimate in hassle free packaging, the BuckIt-TKS25 system boasts a fully integrated Jumbo Wipes stuffer machine capable of handling multiple roll sizes from a diameter of 60-240mm to a height of 100-260mm.

Another integration to the line is The Carolus Bucket Labeler – a completely unique innovation for precision labelling. It includes Shemesh’s patented precision orientation system, which lifts the handle automatically during the labelling process, ensuring that the label is perfectly positioned on each bucket, every time.

Citadel A

Also on display will be Shemesh’s Citadel Series, a robust, fully automatic, servo driven all-in-one Monoblock packer, tailor made to pack standard or jumbo wet wipes in flexible packs. Harnessing operating speeds of up 30ppm, the Citadel series operates with minimal downtime, meaning enhanced productivity.

Previously the series came in two models, the ‘R’ for consumer refill bags and the ‘J’ for jumbo bags. Now Shemesh has developed a brand-new model – the Citadel A which can fulfil both functions in one packaging solution, unlocking major time and financial savings for manufacturers of flexible pack wipes.

Canister Solutions

Rounding off what promises to be an exciting event for the company, Shemesh will also be promoting its wider range of complete turnkey solutions for wipes in canisters. These lines offer installation, service, parts, delivery and training, all under one umbrella. All these solutions are offered with optional explosion and corrosion proofing.
