How BUNDIT Stacker Bundler Machine Works
The machine ensures high-speed, precision stacking and bundling for a variety of flow-wrapped products. The process includes:
- Packages are fed through the inlet conveyor for controlled movement.
- Stacks are formed on the ramp feed conveyor and aligned with precision.
- The corrugated sidewall conveyor maintains stability during stacking.
- High-speed label applicators apply labels on both sides of the stack.
- The bundled packs are then discharged, ready for further processing or packing.
