Job Description:
The Sales Executive is responsible for developing a continuous pipeline of Shemesh packaging machinery solutions and services sales from new and existing customers in the UK and Ireland. With your fingers on the pulse of the industry segments in which we operate, you will identify and build relationships with new customers whilst also nurturing relationships with existing ones.
You will prepare customer quotations including financial pricing, specifications, and terms & conditions. In addition, you will provide technical assistance to interpret, analyze, and resolve, manufacturing, installation, and field operating problems, as well as prepare short- and long-range sales forecasts for assigned accounts and territories.
As a part of a rapidly growing organisation, you will need to be a self-starter possessing the ability to initiate events and foster meaningful dialogues and actions. Reporting to the VP of Global Sales your direct responsibilities will include expanding existing markets as well as penetrating new ones to increase sales of our portfolio of products. Your actions will directly effect the bottom line of the business.

USA Field Service Engineer - WI, USA

Be at the forefront of assisting with setting up the foundation and beginning stages of a US Field Service team.
Working from home, you’ll write training manuals, preventative maintenance programs, other trainings, and other necessary documents to build the foundation for a successful field service team in the future.
We currently commit to service within 24-48 hours from call. We are in process of expanding the US and Mexico business and will have more support in the United States and Mexico over the next few years.
Be On Call: Be available 24/7 and travel as needed to assist customer needs topreserve the Shemesh Automation loyalty and customer satisfaction.

The role will also entail the following responsibilities:
- Perform installations, unpacking / packing, inspection, preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance and repairs of the packaging equipment as needed

- On-call as will be the sole field service representative in the US. React quickly and travel to customers as needed as customer satisfaction is Shemesh’s top priority
- Fly / travel anywhere in the world to support customers equipment as needed with the focus being travel within the US.
