The Shemesh Automation team continue to monitor the rapidly changing COVID-19 outbreak on a daily basis and will react purposefully based on the information that is available.

As a trusted partner to our customers, team members and communities, please be assured we will act responsibly while still honoring our service commitments. This means we will continue to follow all government restrictions, requirements and recommendations. We recognize this creates limitations on our mobility in some parts of the world. However, we can rely on our global footprint, Industry 4.0 standard and remote video assistance when necessary to provide service and ensure our customers are supported. For any of our team members who may perform work inside our customer facilities, we can provide travel history and confirmation they do not display symptoms of the virus and that they are fit for work according to our company and governmental regulations.

If new restrictions require us to adjust our service plans in the future, we’ll share those new plans immediately. In the meantime, you can rest assured knowing that we will continue to provide the same support you’ve been accustomed to from Shemesh.
