La ligne de conditionnement TKS-C60 de Shemesh Automation est une solution avanc\u00e9e et polyvalente con\u00e7ue sp\u00e9cifiquement pour l’industrie des cosm\u00e9tiques. Dot\u00e9e d’une technologie de pointe et de fonctionnalit\u00e9s am\u00e9lior\u00e9es par la robotique, cette ligne de conditionnement offre une efficacit\u00e9 accrue et une productivit\u00e9 optimale. La TKS-C60 est capable de g\u00e9rer tous les aspects du processus de conditionnement des produits cosm\u00e9tiques, du chargement initial \u00e0 la palettisation finale. Elle est \u00e9quip\u00e9e de syst\u00e8mes de chargement automatis\u00e9s qui assurent l’alimentation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re des bouteilles dans la ligne, garantissant ainsi un flux continu de production.<\/p>\n

La TKS-C60 de Shemesh<\/a> garantit une ligne de conditionnement fluide et ininterrompue pour une gamme de produits allant des cr\u00e8mes et fonds de teint aux parfums et vernis \u00e0 ongles, \u00e0 une cadence de 60 bouteilles par minute. La ligne est compos\u00e9e de trois : <\/span> robots ABB Delta <\/span><\/a>\u00a0un sur la station de d\u00e9sembrouillage des produits, un pour le capsulage pr\u00e9cis \u00e0 plusieurs niveaux et un pour l’emballage en caisse, ainsi qu’un syst\u00e8me de vision avanc\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9. Tous ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont fabriqu\u00e9s par une \u00e9quipe exp\u00e9riment\u00e9e, afin de maximiser la productivit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9duire au minimum les temps d’arr\u00eat.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cette technologie intelligente est fabriqu\u00e9e en acier inoxydable de haute qualit\u00e9. Deux voies offrent une plus grande flexibilit\u00e9, permettant d’emballer diff\u00e9rents produits sur la m\u00eame ligne simplement en configurant les recettes n\u00e9cessaires via un \u00e9cran intelligent HMI. L’alimentation lin\u00e9aire plut\u00f4t que rotative signifie qu’il y a moins de pi\u00e8ces pour des changements et des nettoyages plus rapides et plus faciles. Elle peut identifier les types de bouchons de toutes dimensions – bouchons viss\u00e9s, bouchons \u00e0 encliqueter, bouchons pompe\/vaporisateur, et plus encore. Pour les produits de forme sp\u00e9cifique, la ligne peut \u00e9galement inclure des chargeurs et d\u00e9chargeurs de supports (pucks), offrant ainsi une flexibilit\u00e9 maximale.<\/span><\/p>\n
